The Table Mountain ghost frog (also known as the thumbed ghost frog), Heleophryne rosei.

This rare ghost frog has one of the most restricted ranges of any South African amphibian. It occurs only on Table Mountain where it is found in streams and moist, forested gorges. The tadpoles have evolved large sucker-like mouths for clinging to smooth rocks in fast-flowing mountain streams. Adult length: 60 mm.
